Q: CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE GAME OF PAINTBALL?
A: While there are many versions of where Paintball got it's start the most common story is, about 20 Years ago Paintball was being used as a way to mark Trees to be cut and Ranchers used it to mark cattle. Well as you can imagine what happened from there is still what makes paintball so popular today. One guy got the idea to splat another guy & you can bet that guy shot back & before you know it a game is born.
Since then the sport of paintball has become recognized as one of the world's most exciting X- Sports. Paintball is played all over the world by millions of men and women of all ages and walks of life. Paintball is enjoyed by moms, students, professionals & retirees alike. If you have an adventures & competitive spirit your gonna love Paintball.
Q: DO I NEED A GROUP OR EQUIPMENT TO PLAY?
A: Not at Elma PB you don't. You can show up during regular business hours and rent everything you need to play. this style of play is called "walk-on" play. Once you have your equipment you will be placed on one of two teams with other "walk-on" players. Walk-on players are generally new or casual players and often times rent equipment, so you don't have to worry about playing against professional tournament players. Just walk-on & have fun.
Q: WILL I BE PLAYING AGAINST REALLY GOOD PLAYERS?
A: While we do Have competitive teams that play at Elma PB you will NEVER EVER HAVE TO FACE THEM. These players are often referred to as "Tourney Players" and they are kept completely separate from groups & walk-on players. They have there own staging area & game fields. Our teams are held to the highest standard and are very approachable, you should feel free to ask them for help, advise or any other question you have. It is really fun to watch tournament teams play and you are always welcome to view them from the safety of our netted spectator areas. We often host large regional tournament events that draw quite a crowd of spectators.

A: You have a better chance of winning the Lottery, Lotto & Casino Jackpot all at the same time.
